Topaz Class - The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch

Topaz class have been reading The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch by Rhonda Armitage. In the book the lighthouse keeper and his wife scare off some mischievous seagulls by putting mustard in their sandwiches! We thought we would try some mustard to see what the seagulls were making all the fuss about. Here are some photos of the children's 'mustard faces'. We needed some milk afterwards to cool our mouths down!

Malak - I was the one in the front cover and it tasted like you just had ate a millions of hot 🌶 🤢 YUCKKKK

Rowan - Hi Jahirah, Yes it really was mustard but we only had a tiny bit to taste!

Jahirah rakim - My question: is that mustard? Comment: all these little children look so adorable in these pictures!
